Allowed filetypes are PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD. PNG, JPG, JPEG, and TIF are acceptable for use to create a digitized embroidery file. Big Rhino charges a one-time $45.00 digitizing fee per design, to convert an image to an embroidery acceptable file format, such as a DST file format.

Our schedule is based on a 10-business day (2-week) turn around, with order complete the following business day. Rush fees may apply if the order is due in less than two weeks.
